Janet, first of all, I just want to assure you that fear and doubt is inevitable. In fact, it's your mind's signal that you're about to embark on a real exciting challenge. Instead of pretending that they're not in existence, my personal preference would be to acknowledge their presence yet also knowing for a fact that you possess the potential to handle whatever challenges that forges ahead.

Always try to follow these 5 preparatory steps as much as you can and compliment it with Dr Len's technique.

The reason I keep advocating Dr Len's method (in many of my articles) because it's very effective for chasing out doubts and when used over prolong periods, has a very powerful effect on removing self doubt. I've personally used it many times during my prayers when I feeling down and out and it never fails to bring me back to perspective.

It's also important to make the visualization process fun. If you treat it like an experiment like I do, the stress of having it work for you is so much lesser. And the better it will turn out for you.

That being said, please do be mistaken that having the vision board is going to make all of your dreams come true. It's just a tool to help you keep your desire burning and faith strong but at the end of the day, what really accomplish your dream is your ever persistence efforts in taking action.

The vision board just keeps reminding your mind of that. That's all.

I'm skeptical if my vision board will really work for me. I sometimes have doubts about my future that slip into my mind...how can ensure I am doing this right? And get rid of these doubts?

Paula, thank for your validation. Your experience bears true testimony that nothing beats going through the entire process yourself...

While translating this article, before I realize it, I found myself begin answering the questions.
Name 3 people that you love and justify why you love them.
Papa, Mama, Niuniu, Betty. Isn’t 3 too small? I have such a large list to go on and on….
What are 3 strong attributes that you’re glad you possess?
Considerate, kind and brave. (It can also go on and on but better stop here. LoL).

[...] Now, if you ask me what makes me most productive, I’ve to admit nothing beats reviewing my Vision Board every morning. The Vision Board is a collection of pictures and affirmations to my dreams and going through it using the recommended techniques keeps reminding of my bottom line. [...]
