It is so true that, “nobody can tell the ultimate impact once they help someone.” It’s the beautiful working mechanism in life, and as a person and service professional, it’s something I keep in mind. Indeed, seemingly small action can have huge impact!

@Josie I agree Sparkpeople’s awesome. Considering the fact that they’re free, it’s good for everyone!

@Frances I’ve never met Chris in person but from all the email correspondences I had with him, he’s definitely one genuine, sincere & down to earth person. I really appreciated the fact that he accepted my request for the interview so readily. Even though no one has pretty much heard of Goal Setting College. That shows how gracious he is in helping someone out!

Having heard Chris speak personally – at a Sparkpeople convention – it was great to read what he said here – same as listening to him speak in person. To meet him you would never know he is a multi-millionaire CEO. He is unassuming and real. A hero to me – having helped me meet a life’s goal.

@Mark, I’m glad you find it useful. There are definitely a lot of words of wisdom in Chris’ experience. Regarding the bonus program computation, well, I’m really not sure about that that but it could be a hybrid of measurable terms like what you’ve suggested.

Fascinating look at a successful entrepreneur. I wonder how Chris & managers decide on which employees qualify for that “significant bonus” based on a “consistent” health and fitness program?
Maybe a sliding scale based on real physical measurements or achievements?
