Your cappuccino friends are probably still working, saving & losing money due to inflation in their savings & 401k's. Good for you. The book is still amazing as he predicted this financial crisis & told everyone their homes were not assests. In 2007 after everyone laughed @ him, people understood the logic as they lost their homes..etc. ANYTHING THAT TAKES $$$ OUT OF YOUR POCKET is a liability. Mostly everything he's predicted has come true. You would think that after this second crash in the stockmarket people would stop laughing @ him as he predicted the first. Get a clue world! he's jus spreading knowledge! Knowledge is power. It changed my life too.
